Description
Due to a hectic schedule, the patients are effectivly just data in a statistics list - we wanted to give the illness a face again! We wanted the doctors to feel the illness on their own body in order to get them to notice us. Therefore, we made a booklet consisting of sandpaper pages with progressively finer grains. On the last page is a band-aid "You are probably sore on the fingertips, or what do you say?"
Outcome
Goal: 5% response rate. Result: 7.4% response rate.The campaign was well received by the target group. By using sandpaper to illustrate skin with problems, they could not avoid getting the message!
