Background
BinckBank is an investment platform accessible for all. The brand helps people navigate the financial world with easy-to-use tools and information. BinckBank had recently broaden their target audience by adding new ‘set and forget’ tools that could be used by people with no financial expertise.
For this new audience, money is not the end goal. They see money as a means to feel fully free and independent. BinckBank would like to take the role of making that feeling of independence more accessible by helping clients make better decision about their financial future.
Execution
The film aims to capture the feeling of freedom by depicting a collection of moments that represent independence.
The viewer is taken on an exhilarating ride that shows what independence and, on the other side of the coin, sometimes the absence of it, brings us.
The film switches between the big moments, like breaking down walls, and the smaller moments of independence, all connected through an independent dancing woman, as heart of the film and the inspiration for all.
That independence is not a given, but it is within reach. And that is precisely the beauty of it. Anybody can be and feel independent, it is in everybody. All they have to do is invest in it.
