OVERVIEW

Description

The ENTYVIO campaign, supporting the product launch, differentiates ENTYVIO which is indicated for inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).

The campaign is supported by branded and unbranded display advertising, Facebook advertising, and search engine marketing to drive traffic to the website. The messaging focuses on differentiating ENTYVIO’s mechanism of action. ENTYVIO acts specifically on the gut, rather than systemically, leading to fewer safety issues.

Given the dual indications for ENTYVIO, the large amount of important safety information (ISI) was a challenge. For regulatory requirements, the indication statements are featured on the initial screen. As users scroll, the ISI is always available at the bar along the bottom, with the click to ‘see more’.

Although still early, the interim ENTYVIO website has received several accolades for its ease of use, simplicity, and design. The user interface has drawn particular attention as being uniquely creative in the pharma space.

Execution

Rather than opting for a tradition waterfall methodology, the site was developed in discreet modules. This agile-inspired methodology drastically simplified the creation process, allowing the team to be more flexible and adaptable to project changes, when needed.

The site was designed as a single large page, where users can navigate up, down and side to side to access the various sections.

One of the key features on the site is the patient stories, which provide patients with support from peers, encouragements to discover the best treatment for them, and to speak with their physician about different treatment options.

Another key tool is ENTYVIO connect, which offers a dedicated case manager, who has expertise in local coverage and reimbursement policies to help patients find the financial assistance they need.

The website is supported by both branded and unbranded display advertising, Facebook advertising, SEM that drive to the website.

Outcome

Although still early, the interim ENTYVIO website has already received several accolades for its ease of use, simplicity, and design.
