The property market in Sweden is booming. Skandia Mäklarna are the fourth biggest national franchise and considered premium but slightly old fashioned. (Please note that their customers are the people selling a property!)What exactly is it an Estate Agent does? The solution is a microsite with information about their products, services and availability. The objective is to increase awareness, shift attitude towards the brand to a service-minded modern player, as well as drive customers to the local offices for valuations.
