Description
The Cedar Revolution, initiated by the Lebanese in the streets to oust Syria, exhibited the Lebanese flag that had been subversive. Flags were hung in all balconies. This inspired us to create an outdoor for Exotica that became the talk of the town (see reference). And a Goodwill gesture on site with the Lebanese army. Over 10,000 roses were distributed to the Lebanese army, arranged in the colours of the Lebanese flag. Postcards and posters were placed in all Exotica shops and distributed around downtown Beirut. The visual of the outdoor was also applied to the website.
Execution
Following the assassination of Prime Minister Hariri, and throughout the massive street protests that followed, the outdoor campaign was on the streets, including a wall outdoor. During and after the protests, posters and postcards were distributed to people in the streets in downtown Beirut and in the shops. Finally, the visual was advertised on the client's website, and people took advantage of it to download it and send it to Lebanese friends and relatives.
