We created, named, designed and launched the Fifth Star Awards honoring artists whose work has forever changed and enhanced our city. Knowing that Chicago's beloved flag features four red stars, we asked creatives across the city to create a fifth star to represent them and their creativity. We then incorporated those designs into posters that were placed throughout the city.

Over three thousand people attended the inaugural Fifth Star Awards, providing the city of Chicago with an annual event that will honor its creative community for years to come.
