Description
Formed in 1973, by and for the financial industry, SWIFT is a member owned cooperative with 8,000 customers worldwide, ranging from global banks to national companies. SWIFT provides the technology platform and the products and services to allow the financial world to exchange information securely.The organisation had set itself the challenge of not just being relevant, but offering simplicity to its customers in a highly complex market where resilience and security have to be a given.
Execution
We subtly updated the SWIFT mark, building on its heritage, but made real changes to the overall brand style to create clarity, reflect impact and provide space for analysis and insight. The new identity system provides a visual and verbal script for all communications - from literature to web, product and service advertising and the SWIFT presence at the global industry forum, Sibos.
Outcome
All of this gives a powerful new presence for an organisation at the heart of a financial industry in change.SWIFT launched at the global industry forum that it facilitates each year, Sibos, which ran from 15-19 September in Vienna.
The event was a massive success but it is too early to disclose results.
