At the heart of the ‘Better Your Best’ advert is the fundamental truth in sport that in order to get better you constantly have to challenge yourself. That you might be fighting the elements, competing against the clock or other athletes - but in the end the hardest opponent you’ll ever face is yourself. This story is told through the eyes of a female runner who accepts that challenge, looks herself in the eye and understands that the only race she’ll ever be in is the one against herself.
