Execution

We produced the first music video in Colombia made by more than 18,000 fans, completely changing the way that a music video is produced. Instead of just creating the video and broadcasting it on music channels behind closed doors, we invited the fans of Snickers and Pasabordo to select the characters, scenes and other elements for the video on the website www.pasabordoparati.com.

We used the Facebook fan page and twitter of Pasabordo and Snickers as a platform to launch the invitation to participate with special greetings from the band and potential stars .

The video production was live streamed for 12 hours non-stop. Fans could be part of the experience and a contest was launched in order to select 16 fans to meet the duo and see the whole production process. The single Para Ti (For You) became the theme of our campaign.

Outcome

• 50,000+ views on YouTube, in the first week after the final music video premiered

• 18,200 people participated in creating the music video on our website

• 200,000+ people reached directly on social networks

• 2,197,162 people reached virally on Facebook page

• 1,559,942 interactions with the content on Facebook page

• 5,500 viewers participated in the 12 hour livestream

• 8,400 new fans on Facebook’s page brand and 27,000 new followers on Twitter
