Whirlpool’s 1980’s campaign featuring Dame Edna and the line, “Guess whose Mum’s got a Whirlpool?” captured Australia’s unique version of domesticity. This re-invented campaign for a new generation features the cross-dressing of celebrities, Bert Newton, Molly Meldrum and Dave Hughes as their mums.
