Description

In order to promote the opening of a new restaurant of the country's most fun restaurant chain, we took it inside a business building during a week day. We built a restaurant replica - a pop up version - with kitchen and everything. We made an intervention in the digital display inside the building's elevator that allowed us to display live messages. Then we took potential consumers in an live experience that included brand interaction, product sampling inside the elevator, invitation to the pop up restaurant with the present of a celebrity and voucher distribution for consumers to go to the actual restaurant.

Outcome

On the day of the live experience we impacted 2600 people inside the elevator with live messages. 8% of them tasted the restaurant dishes inside the elevator, in the pop up restaurant. Everyone that participated also got a voucher with discount to try the actual restaurant. We recorded the whole experience and posted it on YouTube and the restaurant's page on Facebook. in just three days, the video got more than 3 million views and the restaurant got more than 65000 post engagements - 14000 of those were consumer to consumer messages.
