Description
The GO Pass Gate is a Customer Loyalty and Consumer Relationship Marketing site. Travellers between the ages of 12 and 26 are invited to collect points, which can be exchanged for gifts, by visiting the site and entering the code numbers of rail tickets they have bought. The database is linked in real time to both the Internet site and interactive terminals in railway stations, providing travellers with two access channels.
