Description
We created the first tool that allows customers to tell those hard messages at the right moment, when the message-receiver's team scores.
The text appeared on his/her beIN CONNECT screen just during the celebration of a goal by his/her team.
Execution
The tool is implemented at national level, the spanish market. Placed at the Bein Connect platform itself and so, at customer's devices: tablets, TVs, phones...
Outcome
On the first day of launch, we got more than 250 new users. But when we finished the campaign, we got more than 4350 new subscribers and more than 2500 interaction.
In total, 1800 messages were sent.
