The brief asked that we make use of sampling to raise brand awareness, because our client was very confident in the quality of its product. Through research, we learnt that Golden Cloud Cookie Mix’s primary target market is the busy working mother with little time to spend baking. But how could we get their attention? Our solution made the product the advertising and the advertising the product – a deliciously appealing sampling poster! As well as being delicious, our poster featured a compelling story because, of course, kids love stories!
Outcome
Our promotion was so successful that it literally brought stores to a standstill. And, over above this, we helped to sell more than 74 times the amount of product sold on an average Saturday morning.
