Description
Our goal was to create emotionally driven pieces that accompany the arc of each guided tour enhancing the curiosity and exploration of Google Earth.
Execution
Over the span of about 6 months we developed a custom 3rd-order workflow with our small team of 5 composer / sound designers and 2 interactive audio producers to create spatialized audio for each tour.
Outcome
The outcome was 24 minutes of scored original music and sound design to accompany the 6 Google Earth VR Tours. Our audio reached a worldwide audience through the Intro Tour and 5 curated tours: Landmarks, Deserts, Cities, Water, and Color.
