Description
To promote Samsung Turkey’s video call center for people with hearing problems, we came up with a heartwarming stunt and caught it all on camera. The spot shows a day (made special) in the life of Muharrem, a regular, likeable young guy who is deaf. As he goes about his daily rotuine, Muharrem is pleasantly surprised to see strangers around him using sign language to communicate with him and make his day easier. Finally, a lady from the Samsung Call Center – using sign language on the screen at a kiosk in a public square – reveals the surprise, live. He breaks into a wide grin and sheds a few tears. A world without barriers is everyone’s dream.
