OVERVIEW

Description

In this campaign we show how Comcast High Speed Internet is developed though a series of rigorous tests... from cloning rats, to speeding up a speed walker, to accelerating the growth of facial hair.

Execution

We learned from analyzing previous messaging from Comcast that just saying, “we’re faster,” wasn’t compelling enough to convince people to stop focusing on price. We had to make the effects of getting stuck with a slow Internet connection (DSL) feel more immediate and tangible. We created a couple of slow-loving turtles and a series of spots showcasing their daily life without Comcast high-speed internet. The Slowskys even created their own site where people could learn more about them and their turtle-like adventures (such as they are).
