In this film a man is pleading for help to pay for medical assistance as we witness terrible scenes of a motorcycle crash in Thailand having taken place and the patient being brought to hospital and being prepped for emergency surgery. Then all of a sudden the "4th wall" is broken and the hero, rising from the hospital bed, speaks to camera revealing the idea - that the VO that's lead us to this point has all been a fraudulent scam, and what we've seen is what we've imagined.
