Description

The film employs a metaphor to illustrate Shangri-la's heartfelt service, their hallmark attribute. The objective of the film is to bring to life the ultimate act of hospitality: embracing a stranger as one's own. The desired takeout was to get audience to associate Shangri-la with true hospitality.
