This campaign was inspired by the fact that kids are natural masters of parental manipulation. But the usual methods (like temper tantrums) can only go so far in getting a kid something they really want…like a nice HP computer. For something like that, a kid might need a little extra help. These spots gave kids hope that help was out there for them in the form of an underground movement, for kids, and by kids, dedicated to the esoteric, yet effective, arts of parental mind control.
