Hyundai is driven by better. So we helped them build a better way to help people shop for and test drive their cars. Hyundai Drive is a mobile application that makes test drives more convenient by letting shoppers book a test drive that comes to them. We made it easier to talk with dealers by giving customers a tool to chat directly with them in the app. And we made it simple to get a second opinion on the car they’re shopping for by integrating a way for them to ask their friends to vote on their next Hyundai.

Outcome
We piloted Hyundai Drive in 6 cities across the United States at 31 Hyundai dealerships. Dealerships are separate business entities than the OEM in the U.S., so we had to design and develop an operational platform rollout and go-to-market strategy specifically for dealers. Even though the reach was limited to these cities, after the pilot completed, we found the lead conversion ratio was 234x higher than the current HyundaiUSA.com website, and we were able to follow our customers digitally like never before, including geo-location, funnel conversions from ad to sales, and rich mobile data that the industry has never seen before. Hyundai has green-lit the next phase of the pilot and are now on the road to a national rollout across the country. The Hyundai Drive platform is breaking new ground in automotive advertising by disrupting and improving the current experience while curating never-before-collected data to make smarter business decisions.
