As one IBM Marketing Manager put it, “The cufflinks are a big hit.” How big? Well, IBM customers are asking for additional mailings to be sent to other C-level executives within their organisations. GBS consultant indicated that the campaign met the goal of fostering meetings with executives at GBS Top Accounts. For example, the approach helped consultants to get a group meeting with 7 executives at The Hartford Insurance Company, helped to generate a meeting with the SVP of Strategy at a Lowes, and one with the Chief Executive Officer of Alcoa.
