Description
We needed to demonstrate how much easier the most complex problems can be if people work together across departments. So, we sent the IT managers in various departments a huge Crossword. All the clues related to the Sector in which they worked. Some required general knowledge of the Sector while others needed specialist knowledge. To complete the Crossword, they all had to work together. Likewise, if they really going to improve the service they offered UK Citizens, then they could use IBM’s tools to a) work closely with each other b) share knowledge and c) create solutions together.
Outcome
We have generated validated leads-to-sales worth £1,054,742.The total cost of the mailing was £10,350.We have a Return on Investment of 102:1.
