We created our own HIV policy poster using the necessary governmental information but designed it to be eye-catching and intricate while reinforcing the agency’s stance that no matter what your HIV status is, if you’re talented, you can absolutely be part of the amazing world we are creating.

And so, we crafted a world made up of our most admired ad campaigns and with a single compelling copy line reminded our employees that just because one may have HIV, it doesn’t mean one can’t positively contribute to the world of the agency.
