An interactive campaign was developed with the aim of redirecting all foreigners living in Spain to a website, which explains everything a foreigner wanting to live in Spain would need to know. Using an innovative format by playing with easily recognisable elements for both countries (France/Spain), the national flag is matched with a ‘typically Spanish’ element.The campaign has succeeded by communicating a closeness to foreigners, this was achieved by marrying an element of their own identity - such as their country’s flag – with Spanish things. Thanks to that, the campaign is still running and the results are fantastic. The traffic generated to the ‘Feel Spain’ website is around 55,000 visits, which in turn has increased the number of calls to the customer service centre, and the brand’s popularity among foreigners over the previous year.
