Description
By distributing the flip-book in pedestrian zones and in libraries, we raised awareness for the work of the “Kinderschutzbund”, a German child protection organisation. We want people to be alert and to report any suspected case of child abuse to the “Kinderschutzbund”. The flip-book includes a poignant message and contact data.
Execution
Flip-books are a part of everyone’s childhood. But not everyone experiences a childhood without violence. In fact, every sixth child in Germany is a victim of violence. To raise awareness of this fact, we surprised people by taking a typical flip-book and turning it into a flip-book, where nothing happens. In fact, you always see the same picture. In short, because that’s the sad truth: If we don´t change things, nothing will change.
Outcome
Since the distribution took place, the number of reports of violence
against children has increased and donations have risen.
