Description
Food speaks a universal language and donuts are universally associated with successful North American meetings. The creative was designed to be engaging, talked about, shared with co-workers, and discussed around the water cooler. A box of fresh donuts was delivered to a Key Decision Maker within an organisation. A few days later, support DM packages were distributed to Influencers within the same company. A package consisting of a Berlitz-branded coffee mug and coffee was delivered by a Berlitz representative to close the sale.
Outcome
Berlitz penetrated significant new markets - including a financial institution and an international courier company. Along with numerous leads , it immediately secured in excess of $1million CDN in new contracts, with significant growth potential.
