Description
To create a memorable event, which will be associated in the long term with the new designs, we created a circular showroom on a base 60 metres in diameter, forum, offering six different spaces.Each space has screens or stages to surprise and inform the audience, along with revolving seats and simultaneous translation into 17 languages.The whole action took place over eight months, with 27,000 people contacted.
Two complementary tools were used to publicise the event, a communication kit and an educational shop kit, which was displayed thoughout the whole European subsidiary network.
Outcome
Renault confirmed to an independent agency that there was a 99% rate of satisfaction, with 69% 'very satisfied'.
