We need to seduce and surprise the propects by hitting with powerful, regular and progressive messages.So, we decided to deliver three mailings during one week with gradual messages:Monday: Did you know that you could change operator without changing your mobile number?Wednesday: With Mobistar you can call your colleagues for €0.Friday: Don’t hesitate, keep your number and turn to Mobistar. We’ll visit you with the solutions to your needs.
As each operator has its own colour in its communications, the creative platform is based on changing colour to the green of Mobistar.
Outcome
Results are much higher than the initial expectations. Among the SMA prospects (Small & Medium Accounts), we delivered to 2,941 companies. After the mailing, telemarketing operators contacted 2,938 companies resulting in 1,978 completed calls. These calls resulted in 602 leads, which equals a 30% success rate.Among the CMA companies (Corporate & Multinational Accounts), 178 were contacted and 95 calls could be completed. We had 40 leads, which means a 42% success rate.The breakeven is surpassed by more than three times. This action was so positive that the client decided to launch a second and a third wave.
