Execution

The on-screen exercises are tailored to particular times of the day, meaning they’re easily integrated into your daily routine. Get your circulation going in the morning, ease muscle tension in the afternoon and burn off calories in the evening. Smartphone sensors check whether exercises are performed correctly. A coach offers assistance and feedback.

The app can be downloaded from Google Play. It’s promoted on Facebook via a video and posts. Flyers help attract attention at the gyms themselves. In-app badges are activated when users share the app and/or their success. This ensures a viral effect on Facebook, Twitter and Google+.

Outcome

Since Move To Unlock was launched in April there have not been any significant results proving the success of the app yet. All we can verify to date is a five-star rating in the Google Play Store and roundabout 80 contacts a day per user.
