The OgilvyOne solution was a multi-step project to validate a one-to-one approach as a pursuable and profitable acquisition channel.Step 1. Qualification activity (telephone inquiry by Nestle Call Center) on Nestle database (1,500 companies) to identify decision makers and presence/attitude towards vending machines.Step 2. Results analysis for target segmentations and insights.Step 3. 3D mailing package presenting Nestle Vending Machine products and try & buy (one month free try) as a trigger (spontaneous activation by phone), plus Nescafe Red Cup as goodwill present.Step 4. Outbound telemarketing to non-activators.
