Description

NetCom Interactive users manual Material description: Internet service NetCom Interactive users manual.Product/services: NetCom Interactive users manual is an Internet service that gives NetCom subscribers training in NetCom services, related to their phone model. The product is tailormade for the most popular models, and is organized in such way that it will "pull" the subscriber easily "through" the users manual. The NetCom Interactive users manual is an innovative solution that is supposed to help NetCom customers quickly adapt to and start using new NetCom services. The product presents, in our opinion, cutting edge technology. Additionally, the "fast-training-principle" is put into focus. The waiting time at NetCom customer service may occationally delay, with the income pr. customer use rapidly decreasing whenever there is uncertainity or problems with the phone, the voice or the subscription. The upgrade of the customer service was necessary to provide a quality product for/to the subscribers. In relation to the cost/utilitarian value calculation we decided to develop an internet-service for NetCom. It was important to focus on simple utilitarian value limits and intuitive function.

Targets/result: The target for the Interactive users manual has been to settle a traffic basis on the service, additionally increase the use of this kind of service, and moreover urge the sales of new subscriptions. Short time target. 20.000 user manuals exposed within the period of 6 months. Short time result 85.000 user manuals exposed within the period of 6 months. Target group 20-45 years men and women. We reach them through internet in connection with home, school/study and work. We approach the target group as: Yong people " solve" their problems via their network. The target group has internet access.
