The success of the Google Earth contest is based on the current hype around our largest Nike Air Max target group, ages 16 to 24, concerning the new medium Google Earth as one of the elements. A further important component, however, is the high recognition value of the measure, because it is oriented to the look of the classic campaign.Over a period of two months, nearly 1,000 people took part in the contest and the site recorded 27,137 hits.
