Trendy Nokia - Photographic Contest: The client's objective was to promote a new mobile phone on Polish market. The phone - Nokia 7600 – is very different to devices on the market and is representative of fashion category of Nokia phones. Phones that people 'wear', rather then simply 'use'. Visitors could admire pictures of the best nine Polish fashion photographers, award one of them and win a stylish mobile phone. They could be also admired by the others, send their own picture and get another phone. Target group: Ultra Style Conscious Urban Trendsetters - creative, unique and always looking for the fresh and new user brands and products to reflect attitude and personality. Main drivers of target audience: Avant guarde/trend conscious/beautifully styled products/personalisation and fast renewal/high value added/emotional purchase. The main marketing objective of the contest was to position one new phone (and Nokia brand) in the target audience mind according to following drivers: creativity, originality, self-expression, extroverted, challenged, unconventional and beautiful.
