Description
O Boticário is a cosmetic industry that over its 30 years of existence has developed a strong relationship with its consumers. To celebrate this outstanding achievement, the company chose two of its most important fragrances to launch as a special edition.Famous Brazilian artists and perfumists were invited to share their interpretation of the chosen classics. As a team – client, design studio, artists and perfumists – worked on the development of this special product.
Execution
The amphora shape, a Brazilian icon of O Boticário, was dressed up with the art pieces and packed to showcase the product to the consumer as a fine collection of art.To provoke an easier comprehension of the idea, the elements of the amphora were integrated to the packaging – as an art exhibition in which you naturally use your senses – stimulating the vision and olfaction.
Outcome
The consumers immediately assumed the product as a piece of art and related to it.The use of Brazilian art work added an extra value to the product and really made the consumers think of it as a collectible piece.
