Description

The Abba to Zappa campaign depicts music's greatest artists - one for each letter of the alphabet - as pixel people. The characters were designed in collaboration with illustrator Craig Robinson and Mother. Online, they come to life in the form of a quick-fire pop quiz – designed to look like a 1970’s computer game. Pitched at a fairly sophisticated music listener, the questions encourage interaction with the OMM brand through the characters – users have to identify each character in order to answer the questions in the shortest time possible.A fresh alphabet of Abba to Zappa characters rolled out onto the site in October 2004.
