Description
This is a multi-channel, full-line catalogue targeted at our business customers of the company. The goal of this media is to surprise and delight customers with breadth and depth of products and services in one place. There are multiple cover versions targeted at each segment small, mid and large market, as well as cultural considerations for our Hawaii and Puerto Rico offices.
Execution
We wanted to arouse multiple senses of our customers by executing a new look and feel, as well as touch. A sort of “[company] feel” with introducing a special print production process which raises the design elements and gives texture to our covers.
Outcome
The response has been very positive. This catalogue is a multi-channel book, effective beginning January and running throughout the year. Results are assessed quarterly, semi-annually and annually. Early results are showing higher than average sales and margin.
