Description
The follow radio spot(s) feature real phone calls made by athletes to their loved ones immediately after they discovered they had made the Australian Olympic team.
Capturing these once in a lifetime moments was extremely logistically challenging. Requiring us to work closely with multiple sporting bodies and athletes as well as implementing a technology solution installed on the athletes phones to record the calls.
These, authentic and often emotionally charged, conversations were simple tagged with a brand message from client, Optus.
This audio led idea offer a window into a unique moment that was the culmination of years of training and sacrifice and as a consequence achieved incredible levels of cut through.
