Yahoo! Footbaggers: Music meets football.Yahoo launched two new online platforms: one for music and video downloads and another one for information and insights on the FIFA World Cup 2006. Both platforms had to be introduced to Media Planners. The online game "Footbaggers" combines music and football. The player has to keep the ball up in the air as long as he can – if he follows the beat of the music he collects extra points. Along with an invitation to an online marketing trade fair, the media planners received the URL and a password for the game. The preliminaries were carried out online, the finals at the trade fair itself.
