Description
This spot kicked off Newegg.com's 'Take it from a Geek' branding campaign. By showing what can go wrong with a retail experience when buying a tech product, it demonstrates all that is right with Newegg.com's consumer reviews: real reviews by real people who really saved a bunch of money on Newegg.com. The ad hit home with consumers on YouTube and Newegg.com fans on Facebook. It also hit too close to home for the lawyers at BestBuy who sent a cease and desist. Clearly, we struck a cord.
