Windows XP was the most significant launch of a Windows operating system (OS) since Windows 95 launch. Windows. Microsoft were looking for unique opportunities to stand out from the clutter and create unique advertising opportunities online that both stand-out, are captivating and unique. The beginning of the campaign was identified as essential to the successful sales of the new product and as such was imperative that a significant amount of excitement was created at campaign launch. Objetive: Create mass awareness, generate internet and buzz, drive purchases, increase site traffic.
