We released the first Talking Chin video with the launch of the #HowDoYouKFC campaign and fueled its views and shares with paid Facebook and Twitter support. Because we had all our talent and production in house, we could iterate each new version based on the audience response to the previous one. When viewers suggested they’d love to see the Talking Chin at the White House or on his own private jet, we went ahead and brought their ideas to life. This helped to foster a relationship with and grow our audience. To date, 5 Talking Chin videos have been released.


- The KFC Chicken Corsage effort gained over 2.3 million dollars in earned media.

- 12.2 million impressions on Facebook and Twitter.

- Medial coverage reached over 1,600 global news outlets including, The Today Show, ABC News, USA Today, Mashable, The Onion, Gawker, Huffington Post, and People Magazine.

- The corsages sold out in 2 days, with sales coming from as far as Germany and Belgium.

- 3.8% sales increase, helping to reverse a yearlong sales decline.
