The confessionals get shared on social media and serve as teaser ads for Digital Life that lure people back to the Pets Talking app, where they create and share more confessions.
The Pets Talking app conversion rate was over double AT&T’s benchmark, at 23%. Mobile users were twice as likely to create and share their video vs. the desktop experience. Over 154,00 videos were created.
The app boosted Digital Life sales and presence in the marketplace, and turned heads while educating consumers with both the viral interviews and the growing multitude of user-generated pet “confessions.”
