On September 13, 2014, we created a live Pictionary experience to celebrate the “Anytime is Game Time” brand platform.
We manufactured our very own mall poster with one key difference: one side was an 80” HD monitor projecting a live wireless video feed from a camera upstairs in an office. Here, we had an actor, frozen in a pose, who ‘magically’ came to life and played Pictionary with passersby. Through an embedded camera in the poster, the actor could see and hear the participants and respond in real-time to their guesses. When they guessed right, we surprised them with amazing prizes: from 6’ teddy bears to a 26-piece marching band.
We filmed and released the video on YouTube supported by a media buy and social amplification from bloggers.
