Description

-To design a new icon.

-To create a design that clearly communicates the brand message and enhances the drinking experience.

Execution

Simple, iconic and approachable. The design appear familiar, almost like you have seen it before. The design is the classic shape of the Coca-Cola bottle simplified into one iconic shape. The bowl shaped top of the glass keeps the bubbly experience longer, fits perfectly in your hand and keep the ice in just the right position. The design is a simple shape that comes alive when you pour in the Coke - one that manages to capture the special Coca-Cola brand experience easily understood by everyone

Outcome

The Coca-Cola Heritage Glass has been successful in the relatively short time period since its launch. The glass has sold in very well and opened up new possibilities for Coca-Colas licensing business receiving requests from many new possible partners since the launch. The launch of the design was a special event at Colette, Paris which produced quality social media interest. The contemporary simple and iconic design has elevated the awareness of the Coca-Colas brand and reached an influential and design aware target group.
