We converted the front doors of two vacant shops into a huge projector screen. A short film was then projected onto it, with a specially devised ocean scene to dramatize our claim. People could therefore directly see and feel the impact of the shops on the site.
Outcome
The ‘ad’ had a very high recall. Enquires from retailers went through the roof! The ad didn’t run for too long simply because the shops were very quickly occupied by retailers.
