Overview

Background

The film's about an art exhibition showing the work of several Latin American artists. These artists are (and were) made up of women and all of them made their works of art in the context of the 1960's civil rights movement. A lot of them not only deal with the struggle of women, but also class and race issues in the context of feminism and women's rights.

Execution

Our challenge was in creating a story that dealt with these themes and context but in a way that was more akin to a thriller than your typical art gallery/museum film. The atmosphere of fear and opression culminates with society chasing after the woman.
