Description
The scene takes place in the 18th century. A black slave, bound to a tree, is whipped by a white man. Each whiplash is followed by a scream of the slave. His yells finally change into the cries of a bluesman. The music starts. At the end, we can read a line printed on a record : “No doubt about it: if it weren't for whites, there would be no blues”. The baseline appears under the logo : “Radio Nova. Le Grand Mix”.
