Something Better Launch Campaign.Coldwell Banker is an international franchise real estate business with 120,000+ Sales Agents and 3,800 offices. To launch the new Coldwell Banker website we needed to get the attention of agents and engage them in an entertaining but informative way. The microsite reveals the key functionality that sales associates should share with their customers - more listings, more photos, price comparisons, faster etc.

The microsite created a huge buzz in the field and in a most entertaining way announced the new site while focusing on its key selling features. Traffic to the site was 50% higher than expected.Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation is one of the first real estate companies in the US to make extensive use of Broadband technology on a microsite.
