As we live the TBWA disruption concept every day, we went for a guerrilla mission behind enemy lines, to try and steal employees from other online advertising agencies. And we walked in from the front door.We came to every agency and handed over pre-written resignation letters to their employees, asking them to give them to their boss, announcing their move to our agency, TBWA\DIGITAL.The results: over 100 CV's were sent to a special quit@tbwad.com mailbox we've opened especially for the campaign, and a considerable BUZZ was created throughout the ad and media industry in Israel.
